The Golden Rule
Version numbers track revisions
Project files get v1, v2, v3… Exports get Export_1, Export_2… Never "Final Final".
Dates track when files are received or shared
Format 3Jul26 — only on assets, screeners & review copies. Never on project files or exports.

Healthy DAW Practices

| Mic — before dub | Check distance (~15–20 cm), angle, pop filter, then level test |

| Soft / whisper line | Move closer + lower gain (warmth) |
| Loud / shout line | Back off + lower gain (avoid clipping) |
